Latinx in TECH

​This is a 12-week program that will provide participants with the resources and tools to enhance skills like communication, critical thinking, leadership, organizational skills, among others, and earn digital skills through Google Career Certificates.  ​

Our main goal is to create opportunities for Latinx community to learn new digital skills and earn competitive wages in the technology and related fields. 

Through this program, participants will complete professional skills modules and coursework in Coursera to earn one of the following industry-recognized credentials from Google: Project Management, IT Support, User Experience Design and Data Analytics, and explore different job options in those fields. 

During the process, the students will get:

• Professional development
• ​Scholarship ​Case management support
• ​And other services and resources from Centro Hispano 

 
Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Valid ID
• ​English as a second language (Intermediate to advance level) 
• 18 years or older 
• ​​Authorized to work in the US
• High Interest in tech careers
