Semillas de Esperanza
Semillas de Esperanza fue desarrollado por la Dra. Alyssa Ramírez Stege, psicóloga licenciada, en colaboración con Centro del Condado de Dane como parte de su iniciativa Esperanza: Nuestra Cultura de Salud. Está diseñado para comunidades Latines que han vivido barreras u obstáculos para participar plenamente en la sociedad, y que buscan nuevas herramientas para reflexionar y actuar sobre su realidad.
El curso consta de 8 módulos de aproximadamente una hora cada uno, organizados en torno a segmentos de video (aproximadamente tres módulos) más una actividad facilitada de 30 minutos. Los videos son grabados; la integración de la actividad es donde ocurre la facilitación.
Seeds of Hope was developed by Dr. Alyssa Ramírez Stege, a licensed psychologist, in collaboration with the Dane County Center as part of their initiative, Hope: Our Health Culture. It is designed for Latinx communities who have faced barriers or obstacles to fully participating in society, and who are looking for new tools to reflect on and take action regarding their reality.
The course consists of 8 modules of about an hour each, organized around video segments (approximately three per module) plus a 30-minute facilitated activity. The videos are pre-recorded; the facilitation happens during the activity.
Escucha Tus Emociones
Escucha Tus Emociones training provides 20-24 hours of professional development. It also resources trainees to implement a community-based mental and emotional health training to offer talks and resources in the Spanish speaker Latinx community.

CPS TRAINING
This is a 7-week training program that will provide Dane County Latinx participants build a set of skills based on their unique lived experiences to offer support to people receiving services related to mental health or substance use challenges.
