Progreso

Caminos Progreso is a 7-week training program that provides professional development coaching, and support to explore careers in the areas of Admin, Customer Service, Clerical and related fields.  Upon program completion, participants can earn the nationally and internationally recognized certification, ETC (Emergency Telecommunicator). Caminos Progreso also provides support via case management and career coaching upon graduation and up to 12 months. ​

Enrollment Requirements:

• 18 years old or older 
  
• English as a second language (Advance level)  
  
• GED / High School Diploma (Education completed outside of the US of origin is acceptable, but access to original documents is required) 
  
• Valid Wisconsin ID 
  
• Authorized to work in the US
  
• After completion of the program, students must apply for at least 2 job openings

Important Information:

Our Caminos Programs are at no cost to participants, when accepted into the program, participants will automatically receive a scholarship. This program is in partnership with Dane County and their 911 and DEI Department, American Family and MGE. ​​
