The Centro Hispano Annual Strategic Update has been a tradition at Centro for a decade. At the event, Centro's Board of Directors and leadership provide an update on the agency's work in the community to Centro's closest friends and supporters. It's an opportunity to provide input, engage in candid conversation andstrategize toward the future. At last year's Strategic Update, Centro officially announced it would be building its new headquarters in the heart of Madison's South Side and embarking on a Campaign #CampaignCentro.

CAMPAIGN CENTRO PLEDGE FORM

The Strategic Update has been an annual tradition for almost ten years. The event, which has been open to the public since 2020, focuses on providing an update on the agency’s work in the community.

PAST STRATEGIC UPDATES:

2022 STRATEGIC UPDATE Calli, introducing our new home to our community

2022 event focused on introducing Centro’s ‘new home’ to the community. The event will provide the opportunity for the public to learn more details about the plan, meet the team that is working on accomplishing the project, and engage in a community conversation. The new building is scheduled to open in 2023.

During 2021, Centro shared to be embarking on a campaign for a new home (you can watch last year's program in the video below). Centro is in dire need of additional space in order to continue critically needed development of its workforce and youth programs.

2021 STRATEGIC UPDATE Adelante

Thank you to all who were able to join us for a conversation about where we have been, where we are, and where we hope to be. We talked together about the needs of our community moving forward and how Centro could be a SAFE, STRONG and SUSTAINABLE -- an organization prepared to serve generations now, and in the future.
