Do you have items to donate?
In-kind donations of food, office and craft supplies, equipment, furniture and other essentials are a huge help. When you donate items to Centro you allow us stretch our budgets and increase the capacity of our programs. Please check our staff’s current wishlist to see what’s currently needed.
Is an in-kind gift tax-deductible?
Your in-kind gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the tax law. However, please know that only you and your tax adviser can assign a value to your in-kind gift. Centro cannot place a monetary value on in kind items donated. However, when you bring your items to Centro, we'd love to give you a receipt describing your donation. It gives you a record for your taxes and allows us to properly thank you! Please fill out an envelope at reception when you are here!
