Let's Get Healthy

​​Its important for everyone to get out of the house and be active!  ​

That is why we are going to have a series of classes geared to learn about health and well-being and the importance of knowing about how food nurtures us. Pa'Ponerse Saludable is based on the successful and evidence-based Elecciones Saludables/Healthy Choices curriculum for Latino families by Latino families at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers in Milwaukee. After each class, we will have a healthy cooking demonstration!

Cost: Free. Maximum of 15 people.

​*Note that La Tierra Hizo Mi Almuerzo/The Earth Made my Lunch (food and nutrition program for children) will be offered at the same time to provide fun learning opportunities for the whole family! ​
