​This program applies components of the Social Ecological Model (SEM) and health promotion practices to influence behavioral and environmental changes for youth and their families.

​The objectives are to:

1. To increase Latino youth’s awareness of the multiple ways food impacts their lives, their families, and their communities.
2. To improve youth’s attitudes towards consuming fruits and vegetables.
3. To crease consumption of fruits and vegetables by youth and their families by creating spaces where families can cook and eat together. ​

​The program takes place at the same time as the Pa'Ponerse Saludable/Let’s Get Healthy during Winter and Summer sessions.

Cost: Free.

Maximum of 10 children from 4 to 10 years.
